Where is my order?
If you would like an update on the status of your order, please click ‘Account Login’ at the bottom of the homepage and select ‘orders’ to view the status of your order – ‘completed’ orders have been shipped and should arrive within 3 working days. How do I access my download?
Your download will be emailed to you in your email order confirmation that you receive after placing your order. There is a blue hyperlink next to the product which gives you access to your download. Please check your junk mail if you can’t find your order email. You can also access all your downloads by logging into your account on our website and clicking ‘downloads’ in your user area.
What payment options are available?
All orders for resources can be placed and paid for on our website using a credit/debit card or PayPal. If you would like to be invoiced for your order and your order value is over £250 then you will have the option to select ‘invoice’ as a payment method at checkout. You will be asked to input a PO number before completing your order.
What are the delivery options?
Standard Delivery (delivery in 3 – 5 working days, not tracked)
For international order postage will be worked out once the order has been placed.
